Chastity Formation is a lifelong process that begins even before birth, as a mother communi-cates with her child in the womb, and ends at death when the soul returns home to the Father.

Formation in chastity is the formation of personality: who we are, what we believe and stand for, how we act and treat other people, and most of all, how we love. It touches on the secrets of our very nature and involves the most intimate nucleus of our body and soul.
